Our aim is to complete and register our Local Place Plan (LPP) with PKC by 31 March 2025.
A Local Place Plan maps the aspirations of a town and can be used to help inform the Local Development Plan (LDP) produced by PKC - LDP 3 will be compiled over 2025 - 2027 to cover the development of the town from 2027 to 2037.
